Vision-Guided Robotics & Inspection

Part detection for robot guidance and inspection results connected directly to line control.

What we deliver

A vision system creates value when its output changes what the machine does next: the robot correcting its path before flaming, sealing, or deburring a part, the inspection verdict opening a reject gate, the measurement feeding back into process control. Because we write the model and the control logic in the same project, the vision result is wired into the machine from day one rather than being integrated across suppliers during commissioning. For standard in-line inspection, Adente Vision covers five checks in a single plug-and-play unit. This capability covers the custom work: difficult optics and part geometry, retrofits into existing cells, and inspection connected to control logic we write ourselves.
