What we deliver
Most plants record far more data than they use. Sensor histories, production records, and maintenance logs sit in separate systems and are usually read after the decision they should have informed. We build models on that data and deliver the output where it changes something: an operator screen on the line, an alert to the shift before drift becomes downtime, or a setpoint written back to the PLC. Because we also work in the control system, connecting the model to the plant is part of the project rather than a separate integration. For operations we have already productized, the product is the faster route: MineCortex for mining shift decisions, MetalsCortex for foundry charge calculation.
