Mining

Mining sites generate large volumes of operational data and act on very little of it. We build the layer that closes that gap.

Operational intelligence and decision support for mine sites

A mine runs on decisions made at shift level: what to prioritise, which equipment to trust, where the bottleneck is today. Those decisions are usually made from spreadsheets reconciled by hand, hours after the data behind them was recorded.

MineCortex is our answer to that problem. Most of our mining work is deploying it against real site data: building pipelines from historians and sensors, making the numbers reliable enough to base decisions on, and putting recommendations in front of the people running the shift.

Mining operations

Common challenges

Data lives in disconnected systems

Equipment telemetry, production records, and planning sit in separate tools with no shared view of the operation.

Reporting lags the decision

By the time a daily report is reconciled, the shift it describes is over and the opportunity to act has passed.

Equipment risk surfaces late

Failures on critical equipment are discovered when they stop production rather than when the signals first drift.

Decisions must be auditable

Mining is a regulated, audited environment, so recommendations have to be explainable and traceable to their source data.

What you gain

Operational decisions made within the shift, not after it

A single trusted view across equipment and production

Earlier detection of equipment and process risk

Recommendations traceable back to source data
