Filament Winding

Filament winding is an automated method of manufacturing composite products with axisymmetrical geometries such as cylindrical, rectangular cross-sections.

ADENTE uses an in-house developed filament winder that is capable of manufacturing high-performance composite products. 


High-Pressure RTM (Resin Transfer Molding)

Resin transfer molding is a composite manufacturing method that combines injection molding with the use of reinforcing fiber material. The Resin Transfer Molding process is mostly used to manufacture complex composite parts with high durability. 

High-Pressure Resin Transfer Molding enables a new era of composite manufacturing with outstanding properties. With the high pressure, air voids are prevented thus higher fiber volume ratios are achieved.


Pultrusion

Composite parts manufactured in unidirectional directions with pultrusion method. Pultrusion is a continuous process for the manufacture of fibre-reinforced plastics with a constant cross-section.

ADENTE is capable of pultrusion manufacturing depending on your requirements with the carbon fiber pultruded parts. 


Braiding

Braiding provides a high level of fiber ratio and improved mechanical properties, braided parts are used for special applications where specific properties of the composite are required.
